  • I am located in Illinois and work with Illinois residents throughout the state.

  • No, currently I only offer telehealth sessions. 

  • Individual sessions are $150 for a 50-minute appointment. 

  • Yes, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, and Tricare West.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost.

    Under the law, healthcare providers give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    A GFE is available upon scheduling or request.

  • You can book an appointment or consultation here.

    A 15-minute consultation is available and free of charge.

  • I  am not available 24 hours a day, and I am not an on-call provider. You can usually expect to receive a reply within 1-2 business days unless I am out of the office. I am out of the office every Friday and weekend.

  • I understand that life happens. However, when possible, please provide a 24-hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. There is a fee if a 24-hour notice is not given. Please review our cancellation policy for more details.
