Anxiety that feels like it's taking over, often leaving you with racing thoughts, physical tension, or a sense of overwhelm
The weight of past experiences, with certain memories or situations bringing up difficult feelings or triggering responses
Big transitions, like a career change, heartbreak, or shifting from military to civilian life, that have you wondering how you fit into this new context

Here, you’ll get personalized care that meets you exactly where you are.
My approach
Let’s start here: you’re not crazy for feeling the way you do.
Therapy with me isn’t something you need to put on a formal or professional face for. It’s a space for you to relax, open up, and feel seen. My hope is that our sessions feel like you're sitting down with someone who genuinely gets you, and that begins with being clear that whatever you’re bringing in—the self-doubt, the questions, the emotions—is absolutely valid.
I bring my whole self into this space because I believe personality has a place in the real, hard work we’ll be doing together. That means you’re invited to be yourself, drop F-bombs (if that’s your thing), and ask me questions—whether they’re about the work we’re doing or even my background. I want to create a connection where you don’t feel like you have to explain every part of your world, especially if we share aspects of culture or life experience, like being a mom, from an immigrant family, or a veteran.
I’m here to actually listen, not just to check boxes.
When we begin working together, our first session will be about understanding your story—I'll ask questions to get to know you, and you’re free to stop me with any questions of your own. From there, we’ll establish goals based on what matters most to you, while always leaving room for anything else that might come up along the way.
Our process may shift depending on what feels most useful, blending different approaches to help you manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, or get comfortable with big transitions. You’re in control of this journey, and I’ll always meet you where you are, whether it’s giving space to explore or offering tools to use in your everyday life. Therapy with me is a safe space where you don’t have to hold back, and together, we can navigate whatever’s next.
My Methods
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
In CBT, we work together to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect, exploring ways to shift patterns that might be holding you back. It’s a helpful method for discovering practical steps to move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is about learning to make space for your thoughts and feelings without letting them control you. We’ll work to connect with what truly matters to you, so you can take meaningful steps toward a life that feels aligned with your values.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a way to tap into your natural ability to process and heal by following where your mind and body lead. Together, we gently explore the places that hold intense emotions or memories, letting your brain’s inner wisdom guide the way forward.
